Kansas weather takes a heavy toll on roofs. When it’s time for a full replacement, we provide a smooth, hassle-free process from teardown to final cleanup. We install high-performance roofs designed to withstand local wind, rain, and severe hail - giving your home decades of reliable protection.

Whats included:

• Complete Tear-Off & Decking Inspection: We strip down to the wooden deck to identify and replace any rotted or water-damaged plywood.

• Impact-Resistant Shingles: Access to Class 4 hail-resistant shingle options that protect your home and can lower your homeowner’s insurance premiums.

• Upgraded Underlayment & Ice/Water Shields: Premium leak barriers installed in valleys, eaves, and around roof penetrations where leaks start.

• Meticulous Property Protection & Cleanup: Tarping around flower beds and landscaping, followed by multiple magnetic nail sweeps of your driveway and yard.

A small leak or a few missing shingles don’t always mean you need a brand-new roof. Our repair services focus on identifying the root cause of water intrusion and fixing it right the first time before costly structural damage occurs inside your home.

What We Handle:

• Active Roof Leaks & Water Strains: Rapid tracing and sealing of leaks around pipe boots, chimneys, skylights, and sidewalks.

• Wind & Storm Damage: Replacing blown-off, lifted, or broken shingles to restore your roof’s weather barrier.

• Flashing Repair & Replacement: Fixing rusted or improperly installed metal flashing in roof valleys and walls.

• Preventative Maintenance Checks: Catching minor seal failures and attic ventilation issues before they become major emergencies.

Navigating an insurance claim after a Kansas hail storm can feel overwhelming. SET Roofing acts as your trusted advocate, providing clear digital documentation so you know exact condition of your roof before speaking with your insurance adjuster.

What to Expect:

• Free, Photo-Documented Inspection: We capture clear, high-resolution photos of hail impact marks, wind damage, and gutter impacts.

• Transparent Digital Reports: You receive a detailed line-by-line summary of findings with no high-pressure sales pitch.

• Insurance Scope Review: We help you review the adjuster’s estimate to ensure every damaged component-from shingles to ridge vents and pipe boots-is accounted for.
